Return & Exchange Policy – Walkon Enterprises

At Walkon Enterprises, we value your trust and are committed to offering high-quality rugs and carpets. While we strive to ensure every product meets your expectations, we understand that issues may arise. Please read the return and exchange terms below to understand how we handle such situations.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is in unused, unwashed, and original condition, along with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Note: Custom-made or specially crafted items are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following types of items are not accepted for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-designed rugs or carpets

  • Items damaged due to improper care, mishandling, or unauthorized cleaning

  • Slight variations in color, size, or design—natural to handcrafted products or caused by lighting and display screens


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at walkonenterprises2@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-8668355956 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share clear images or videos of the issue with your message.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

  4. If approved, we will either:

    • Arrange a reverse pickup for domestic orders, or

    • Assist you with return instructions for international orders.


4. Exchange Guidelines

We offer product exchanges for eligible items within the same product category (i.e., rugs or carpets), subject to availability. If an identical replacement is not available, you can:

  • Choose another item of the same value, or

  • Receive a store credit for future purchases


5. Refund Information

Once the returned item has passed our quality inspection:

  • For prepaid purchases, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.

  • For international orders, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or faulty.


6. For International Customers

Customers outside India should note the following:

  • Return shipping charges will apply unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival

  • Import duties or taxes paid at your location are not refundable

  • Please reach out to us before sending any returns, so we can guide you through the process
